The Cost

The cost is $380.00 per person, two to a room.

The weekend includes two nights in the hotel, six meals, coffee breaks and
souvenirs.

Not included in the price: Workshops and Drinks

Single Room supplement is $147.50 per person for the weekend.
How to Register

Print the
Registration Form,
fill it out, and send it in
with the required payment.

You may pay with one, two or five cheques. See registration form for details.

Payment accepted in Canadian funds, by cheque or
money order.

Please be sure to indicate on the cheque the name of the
registrant.

Make cheque(s) payable to

When to Register
-
You may send your completed registration form as soon as you like.
-
All registration forms including payment received
by October 24, 2011
will
be entered into a random draw for workshop placement numbers.

All registration forms received after October 24 will be assigned workshop
placement numbers
as they come in.

Registration is not complete until we receive the payment.
-
You will know you are registered when your first cheque is cashed.
Cancellations
-
If you have to cancel, we'll refund your registration fee, minus a $25 admin
fee, provided we receive
notice in writing on or
before February 28, 2012.

Refunds after February 28 will depend on
whether or not we have someone else to take your place.
-
If there is no one to
fill your place, the refund will depend on how much the hotel will charge us
for your room.

Upon written notification we will reimburse you by cheque.

To avoid bank
charges, please do not put a stop payment on your cheque.
Foreign Registrants:
We prefer payment in Canadian Funds, using a cheque drawn on a Canadian dollar
account or International Money Order (NOT a US Postal Order)
